What happens after I order my meals? On your requested delivery day, we will deliver your choices to your home before 6:00PM in our secure and temperature controlled custom bag.
 
How often may I receive delivery? Please check our Current Delivery Area for details.
 
Is my order safe if I'm not home when you deliver it? Your order is guaranteed to be safe and properly refrigerated with our exclusive delivery packaging until 8PM the day of your delivery. Even on 100 degree days!
 
How do I pay for my orders? When you place your order, you will be able to enter the credit or debit card of your choice on the checkout page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
 
Is the delivery bag and box that you deliver my order in mine to keep and use as I please? The delivery bag and box remains the property of Simply Fresh To You and is to be used solely for the purpose of receiving delivery of the orders you place with us. If you decide to stop ordering from us we will need to pickup the delivery bag and box in good condition.
 
Are the products you deliver ready to eat? With the exception of our baked goods, all of the items you receive will need to be either quickly heated or finished before serving them. The pictures displayed on our website show you how our products look when you serve them.
 
How long can I expect to spend preparing my meals? Because we have kept your busy lifestyle in the forefront when designing our products, your actual active time in finishing the meals is usually in the 10 to 15 minute range.
 
Will you deliver to my place of business or office? Yes, in most cases.
 
Is there a minimum dollar amount needed for a delivery? Yes, $45 per order.
 
Do I need to come in somewhere and spend time to assemble my meals? Absolutely not. We know how precious your time. We also minimize the amount of pots and pans needed to finish your meal, usually only 1, so you can have an easy cleanup, allowing you more quality time with your family.
 
Is there any charge for delivery? Yes, there is a $3.95 charge added to all orders at checkout to offset the costs of delivery.
 
What is your return policy? If you are ever disappointed with the quality of a product you receive, let us know. We will gladly give you credit for the full price of the item to use on your next purchase. However, because all of our products are made fresh to order, we are not able to accept returns.
