Just plenty of sweet Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Meat, eggs, parsley, mayonaisse, a touch of mustard and Old Bay seasoning. We add a few other secret ingredients, but nothing that impedes the flavor of the crab. This is Maryland's pride and joy at it's finest! Two medium size crab cakes per serving.
